These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of products supplied by JTECH PL.
By purchasing a JTECH PL product, you agree to the following terms.
Products
JTECH PL develops and supplies precision equipment primarily for short track speed skating.
Product specifications, designs, materials, components, packaging, and other details may be updated or refined as part of ongoing product development without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially alter the intended function of the product.
Orders
JTECH PL reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
If an order is cancelled by JTECH PL after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Products may be temporarily unavailable, produced in limited quantities, or discontinued.
Product Use
JTECH PL products are precision tools and equipment intended to be used for their designated purpose.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, adjustment, operation, maintenance, and storage of purchased products.
JTECH PL is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation or adjustment, unauthorized modification, accidents, improper maintenance, or use outside the product's intended application.
Returns, Defects, and Warranty
Sales are generally final.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or normal wear.
If a manufacturing defect, dimensional irregularity, or other product quality issue is confirmed by JTECH PL, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the complete product.

Intellectual Property
JTECH PL product designs, branding, logos, photographs, written content, technical materials, and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of JTECH PL or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of JTECH PL proprietary materials is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JTECH PL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the improper use, installation, adjustment, modification, or maintenance of its products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
International Sales
Customers purchasing products internationally may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Changes to These Terms
JTECH PL may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes in products, operations, or applicable requirements.
