Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and product with photographs and contact JTECH PL as soon as possible.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Product Quality Issues

Manufacturing defects or product quality issues are handled separately under the JTECH PL Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
